J.Peterman pants

Nicely made palazzo wide leg pants, one of my favorites, because they are comfortable and well made. They have a full lining. It has pockets too they are close because I didn't use them but can be open with a stitch ripper. Measurements taken flat, weist 20", lolenght 45", bottom of the leg, which is the widest part of it, 20". It says size 16, but according to the measurements, I feel it is like 14.
