J.R. Nites by Caliendo black sheer sleeved bolero

Vintage J.R. nites by caliendo black bolero shrug jacket. 100% polyester with sheer sleeves, and a silky shimmery lining on the collar and cuffs of sleeve. Sleeves also button closed at the cuffs. There is some reddish discoloration under both armpits and on the inner lining. (See pics). The size tag has been removed, so measurements are as follows: 17 in from shoulder to shoulder, 23 inch from shoulder to sleeve cuff, and 17 and 1/2 in from collar to bottom
