JS Collection White Bow Dress sz 8

JS Collection, white cocktail dress with bow and sheer panel top. Got on Thredup but it was too big and I couldn't return it. It is nwt but it looks like it got dropped on the floor in the wearhouse. See photos for dirt marks. pretty sure a dry cleaner would have no issues fixing that. Size 8. True to size.
