JS Collections, Black full skirt gown with cut out back

Solid black, padded bust, sleeveless gown, with pockets. Full a-line skirt that accentuates natural waist. Mostly open back with a clasp/strap across the middle. Skirt is lined with tulle and has a cool waffle texture (see photo). Has been worn two or three times to formal events. Looks brand new.
