JS Collections Designer Evening Black Skirt

A sexy unique designer J.S. Collections layered cut-out black skirt which is sold out on-line! Flowy style allows for a lot of eye catching movement which makes the skirt perfect for any formal occasion or a fun night out on the town. Color is a true deep black but I'm showing it in a lighter filter to show details in design. Skirt is fully lined, has an elasticized waist and is size 8. Fabric is 80% polyester, 14% nylon & 6% spandex. Flat measurements are: waist 15", hips 16" & length is 24"
