It is lined with mesh netting to make the skirt full and then lined again under that so it isn’t itchy. It has spaghetti straps and a hidden zipper up the back. The black belt at the waist shows some wear, in that it is “bent” some from use, but it isn’t really noticeable. You could replace it though.
