JS Collections Shirred mesh Rosette Gown

Beautiful navy blue dress with a sweetheart neckline. Has straps that can be sewed on if you choose. Also has a “sticky” rim on the inside of the top to help hold up the dress. Comes with pads! Black tie bow at the waist. Beautiful rosettes at the bottom of the dress. Floor length! Dress is fully lined underneath. I still have the bag I purchased it in. Worn once for a few hours... great condition!! Will accept reasonable offers!
