Art deco vibes on the sweet tiered skirt of this party dress. Pleated scallop ruffles in chiffon meet a satin ribbon waist, with gold satin and black lace overlay upper. Spaghetti straps and sweetheart neckline, with corset stays and light padding in the bust. Dress has hidden side zipper, no pockets, and no stretch.
