JTG 90's style Black Demin Button Up Skirt Sz 11

Throw back to the 1990's! Black denim mini skirt, has belt loops and buttons up the front. By JTG brand and Made in Mexico. Labeled a size 11, but please go by measurements. Waist 29", length 15 1/2". Pockets are functional. Silvertone buttons do have slight discoloration. JTG tag on the front pocket is green.
