The fabric is made with Lycra. Their jeans now list spandex. They are made in USA. Are they vintage? The style tag is 80131 Cut: 184 Please pay close attention to measurements. I had nothing to compare these with. They are too small for me so I'm sending them into the universe for someone else to try and hopefully enjoy.
