This Juicy Couture dress is so adorable! The neckline has 5 1/2 inches of ruffles that fall all of the way around from it. Under it and all of the way to the waistline, the material is smocked. The rest of the way down is the soft black material with 2 layers of ruffles at the bottom. All of the material is stretchy. Excellent pre-owned condition. 100% Modal.
