In the 1960s the company began to produce costume jewelry that so many have come to know and love. When identifying Juliana look for their signature traits, one of them is the figure-eight shaped "cups" to hold the rhinestones, the way in which D & E soldered pairs and trios of those cups together produced "puddling" on the backs of many pieces.
