JULIE’S CLOSET, RED & BLACK PEPLUM TOP WITH LACE AND BOW, SIZE SMALL?

This is a very pretty red peplum top with black lace and rear bow. No fabric label, but material is a bit stretchy (possibly rayon, polyester and spandex). Probably size small. Bottom of armhole seem to bottom of armhole seem (lying flat) is 16”. Waist is 15” and top of strap to bottom of garment is 21”. Check your measurements. In very good condition.
