Cutest black short sleeved tee with black flowers around the neckine and black beading. The back of the shirt has a black how attached you tie around the back of your neck, looks adorable on!! Very cute for layering under things too! I'd say it runs smallish, but has a lot of stretch. Worn only a few times.
