Strapless dress in a cotton/spandex blend. Top of dress is form fitting down to the hips, green sash/bow sits on hips then ruffled. In great condition! Tag says 9 but its a small 9. If I could get the zipper up I'd model so you can see how cute. It also looks wrinkled in pic. I just got it out of the cleaners.
