kpronesti I hear you are great at switching out stones! I have a new chalcedony Rayne that I want to switch the stone out w a neon yellow stone. I have everything, including the tool someone posted on Facebook. Any suggestions on how to do it? I'd be ever so greatfull!!

roquesann @kpronesti I honestly have not tried a rayne/Danielle/Elle's. Everything that I have switched has the back side that is solid so that it can be held in place. The prong lifter is a life saver and I have two sets of jewelry pliers to close. I do recommend closing the prongs with the items covered (I use a Kendra bag)...keeps you from indenting the prongs or like with gunmetal, scratching off the finish. @hailstormrn may have some extra tips for you.
