poshmanhattan @ellday6991 Hi, thanks for your inquiry. I would say it's in excellent condition in that there's no wear in the coating, fraying edges, and, of course, no tears. The only thing is a 1 cm pen mark on the bottom interior. I used it rarely and, as a rule, I never put my belongings on the ground, subway seating, or even on surfaces that I think might be icky.

poshmanhattan @ellday6991 No problem. It didn't come with a long shoulder strap. As you can probably tell from the image showing where the handle attaches to the bag, there's no d-ring that would be used for an additional strap.

poshmanhattan @howmanyis2many hi, thanks for inquiring. I uploaded another image as it is a difficult measurement to make. I would say about 4.5" if the bag is stuffed. During daily use, you're unlikely to fill the bag that full so there would be a bit more of a drop. You could carry it on your shoulder high and tight .
