Jack McConnell Black Wool Hat Feathers Pom Poms 60's Made in USA Vintage

Jack McConnell Black Wool and Feather Hat 1960's Made in USA Pre-owned. Very nice condition. I believe it's meant to sit on an angle and pinned in place to hair with hat pins. From a smoke free home. Inner diameter of hat is 7.5" (front to back) and 6.5" (side to side) Outer diameter of hat is 12" (front to back) and 10.5" (side to side)
