Jack Wills Cartmell Jacket, navy blue, US 2/UK 6, runs slightly small

Cozy size 2 Jack Wills Cartmell jacket, perfect for a cool day or a solid layer under a big winter coat. I’m usually a size 0-2 with tops but this jacket feels more like a 0 than a 2. It has a little tear on the inside but there are no feathers where the tear is so it’s not messy. Could be fixed with a little TLC!
