NWOT! Never worn. Super comfortable navy and white striped skirt. Form fitted pencil, mid-length. Stretchy and soft material with side zipper and button loop closure. Great for business casual style! Size 4 but fits an XS/S (I usually wear a size 0-2 in bottoms)
