May I please have the bust measurement? Also is the length you listed to the end of or beginning of the fringe?

bust is 40 inches. 26 inches doesn't include the fringe at the bottom. Bottom fringe measures about additional 6 inches. If you wear size 14 or busty (like DD), this jacket will fit. I'm busty & size 14, it fits me well.
