Vintage floral dress with a button up top and back lace up Very adorable, just never fit me! Preowned but excellent condition. The tag says size 12 but not a modern 12. The high waist stitch measures about 16 1/2 and the rest of the dress is open. There is a lace up in the back that can also help to tighten it up for more form fit look.
