Hi, they are 2" heels. I'm not sure what you mean by true to size, but the way they are constructed - they fit most any foot - since there is so much open space (if you know what I mean.) All they are = two straps, one over your toes and the other around your ankle. And I'm not sure about the brand ... I cannot read the signature. But a) these are the kind of classic sandal that COULD BE JG, and b) they are easy to wear, i.e. simply & well-made. Sorry I can't tell you any more than that.
