This bright, colorful floral skirt is fully lined in an equally bright purple cotton for comfort and modesty. It's about knee length or just below the knees - depending on your height/leg length, of course. Perfect for spring or summer! The elastic waist doesn't have a ton of give, I don't think it's worn out, I just think it's tighter elastic, please take a note of the measurements in the images for best fit.
