Jacques Marie Mage “CASH” - DARK HAVANA are classic rectangular sunglasses part of the Johnny Cash Collection by JMM. Inspired by the actual eyewear worn by Mr. Cash during his arrest in El Paso, TX in 1965, the artist’s second arrest that year. They feature black 10mm cured cellulose acetate frame and temples, special 'Johnny Cash' signature foil marking on the inner temple, dark gold arrowhead front pin, exposed wirecore with custom native inspired engraving, dark gold tension-secured custom 9 barrel hinge, 6 base lens with backside anti-reflective treatment and 100% UV protection. Limited production batch of 450 pieces. This is marked as item 224/450. Great collector’s item! Sunglasses were tried on but never worn. No defects or damages. Cloth was removed from plastic to wipe lens once but otherwise unused. Item will come with original packaging, which includes limited edition letterhead press certificate card, Italian leather hardshell case, and branded microfiber cleaning cloth.
