Jacques Ruc 2 Piece Chartreuse Maroon Floral Gauzy Layered Oversized Dress As you can see from the photos, I have styled the bottom layer as both a skirt and a dress. The waistband (or elastic part of the bottom piece) measures significantly larger than a typical US size small, which is why I was thinking that it might be meant to be worn as a dress. There are ties on the bottom piece that allow a bit of adjustment, but overall everything is very unstructured and free-flowing. The top is very boxy, with split sleeve detail. Measurement from the end of one sleeve to the other is approximately 45 inches. The hem of the top measures (flat lay) approximately 24 inches.
