cmfads_fashions @lorimcb Hello, this dress is beautiful & considered a Portrait Collar! It comes down low on my the shoulders, but not off the shoulders!! My Sister wore it (1) time to her Son’s Wedding, she is 5’8” & has broad shoulders!
