eclecticharmony @mbarma I am a size 4 and I wore it once. There is room to move the buttons over a bit to cinch the waist in. I wore it with a light coffee colored tulle skirt (pleated ruffles all of the way down) and tan bodysuit under. styled like that I was able to leave it open. If you are a medium it would not be so big but I feel it could work. The price is amazing
