Jalapeno Pepper Seeds

This listing is for one packet of 20 jalapeno (capsicum annuum) seeds. Jalapeno peppers are so versatile! They've got a nice heat to them (about 2,000 to 8,000 on the scoville scale), and are great for use in guacamole, salsa, stews, pickled, and so much more. I dry mine, grind them up and turn them into powder, which I then use to top pizza or mix into my ketchup for some spicy fries. These seeds are from my 2022 hand-harvested collection. They will produce some flavorful, tasty peppers that are about 2" to 4" long. Stretch marks forming on peppers is normal. They will be fully ripened when they turn red, but your ordinary store bought jalapeno is going to be a deep green in color. The seeds are tan to pale yellow in color.
