The last time this playing deck appeared was in an auction in 2013 in the UK. It sold for $137.44. See attached photo from Worthpoint. Here is an opportunity to purchase without having to compete. This rare deck is the first and only deck produced by Piatnik under their “Young Talent Edition”. The Young Talent Edition did not have any further cards released after this deck in 2005 (see attached email in photos from Piatnik). The cards are non-standard. The title of the cards is “JamSession” and is based on a “jazz jam session”. The court cards are based on instruments, the pip cards are a play on the suit symbols and are placed in non-standard placements. Lisa Koschat is an Austrian artist who graduated from the School of Fine Art and Design in Vienna. The deck contains 52+ 3 Joker Cards. Piatnik Deck Number 1195. This fabulous deck is for the specialist collector. Photos of individual cards were borrowed from other sites in order to keep the grade condition of this deck an “A”. The box is in good condition with a slight bend on the front in the upper right hand corner (where the “N” is from JamSessioN).
