Jam on Toast Mixed Pattern Dress Toddler Size 2-3

Mixed pattern/contrast boutique dress. cotton plaid/gingham top and tulle skirt. Little girls size 2/3 runs on the smaller side. Beautiful dress worn once for a party - no stains or wear. Only item to note is that the arm holes do not have stretch or a button to expand. I took a measurement in the picture. Hope that helps!
