Jamaica Dress medium (red, green, black, & gold, the colors of the JA flag!)

Cute rayon JAMAICA dress. This tropical dress with waist tie can be used as a beach coverup over your swimsuit. There are no side belt loops, so wearing the waist sash is optional. It's marked size large but fits like a medium! As for the fabric, it's rayon, definitely not cotton.
