Size 6. Purchased 7/2023, worn a handful of times. I never took it to get cleaned but I do have sterling silver solution at home that I used on it prior to taking the photos in the pic. It is definitely in need of a deep cleaning though, which I have not done. Comes as is - ring, box, and dust bag but no size tag
