Classic tartan plaid kilt in navy and green. Child’s kilt is wrap around with blanket edge. Two adjustable buckles at waist, stitched pleats. Can be made approx 2” smaller at waist than measurement given. Waist as shown measures approx 13” at front. Length from waist to hem is 19”.
