NWOT never worn, James Perse black dress, size is 0, which I believe is an XS for this brand, 1 is a small and 2 is a medium, etc. This dress is very loose and soft, the draw string is light elastic, falls just below the bust and is very adjustable. There are pockets on each side. This would be great over swimwear, or you could dress it up.
