James Perse Scoop Neck Empire Waist Tank Dress James Perse size 2 (equivalent to medium, according to James Press site) White scoop neck tank top, Greige bottom Snap closure at side 100% supima cotton top The bottom half seems to be cotton, but has a thicker feel and has the texture of a thick linen/cotton blend (but tag says the garment is 100% supima cotton) The hem is slightly more narrow than the hips, giving it a slight "balloon" look, at least on me. Sorry not sure how to describe it. But bottom isn't flowy at hem.
