James Perse mini skirt with pockets and draw string

Black mini with front pockets and draw string by James Perse. Main portion of skirt is tensel and cotton, top waist band is cotton. Sides come up slightly. Waist band measures 14.5” when flat. Top of waist band to bottom hem is 15.5” and the side area that rises slightly is 13”. Drawstring tightens waist but bo elastic at band.
