drbday To clarify the waist measurement (since the label states the “bust” size??? and the hips), is the circumference of the waist when the buckle is at its’ tightest 28” and on the last hole of the buckle (loosest) 30 inches please? Thank you

drbday @kaylaposhmark20 I’m considering your offer seriously but want to make sure of the fit. I have 2 other kilts which (when buckled on the TIGHTEST hole) measure 16” across the top of the waist, lying flat. I’d love this kilt if it would fasten to the same waist circumference of 32”.
