hey the item I bought from you is dried and dark yellow and in no good condition. It is hard with no moisture with an expired date.

@emtstruck I have never had any issues with the product, you can return it for a refund, I have pulled it from my inventory until i can fully understand what is wrong with the product.You are the first to have ever said something was wrong with the product.
