Jane and Delancey striped long sleeve dress

This Jane and Delancey dress is a nice deep navy with lighter blue stripes throughout. It has ruffles on the sleeves (see photos) and is a nice knee length. The color is way more vibrant in person! This dress is in great used condition, please see all photos!
