Janie and Jack Girls' White Cotton Bow Dress and Bloomers sz12-18m. White cotton dress with ruffles around sleeves and collar. Light blue, navy and yellow accents cover this dress. Big navy bow on back with buttons for easy changes. Comes with White bloomers with little side bows and ruffles on backside. I'm not sure if these Janie and Jack bloomers originally came with this dress or a different 12-18m dress as I hung dresses and kept all bloomers together in a drawer. Smoke-free/pet-free home. 0810
