Janie and Jack Green and Blue Tunic

Never worn. Adorable blue tunic with green trim on the bottom. I believe it was a dress but I think it’s too short for that. Really needs leggings underneath. Bought for pictures but my girls ended up not wearing. The size 6 still has the tags. 3/4 sleeves 100% polyester, but looks like silk.
