modmeover Hi Vanessa. The crazy low price offer says that it excludes shoes and new items. Those shoes are in perfect condition and I do'n''t have any wiggle room. The best I can do on them would be 16 with 4.99 shipping. I'll counter offer with that but wanted to explain. XO
