New without tags Janie and Jack size 5 silk cotton blend dress- absolutely gorgeous, the pleats are still tacked. I removed tags but we didn’t end up wear. The prettiest intricate pleating detail in skirt and sweet Peter Pan collar. Back button and tie back closure. Lined with a little tulle for fullness.
