Janine of London, Paris, New York ~ Vintage black halter mini dress with antiqued gold tone metal neckline embellishment In size XS (measurements below) Made in the USA Elastic waist Top of the back is elasticized Double thickness of the soft fabric 92% polyester, 8% spandex Dry clean Halter with self tie style Antiqued textured gold-tone metal shapes held together by forged links to form a necklace/ collar , a dramatic and chic embellishment. Across the top of the dress, approximately underarm to underarm, is about 15” flat Across the elasticized waist is about 12” flat The length of the dress not counting the metal work or the ties is approximately 29” in length.
