Japanese Geta Wooden Clog Intricate Tsugaru Lacquered Sandals

Vintage Japanese geta wooden clog sandal. Gorgeous lacquer marbles together colors of red, black and metallic gold. This marbling comes from multiple coats of lacquer which is a labor-intensive art called Aizu-nuri or Tsugaru-nuri, and due to the skill required for this process, these are considered a luxury item. Excellent condition with absolutely no scuffing, chipping, or wear - lacquer is in perfect condition. Brand new. Measurements: 9" long, 3.25" wide, 2" tall off the ground. Very small, approx. size US 5. Also gorgeous as home decor, as they are in great condition and very beautiful.
