A Japanese Obi can be used as an art piece that’s hung on the wall draped over furniture. Some Obis are up cycled to create artwork and other unique pieces. The Obi that’s listed is a tan belt with orange, brown, and black threaded pattern. The pattern is on both sides. There are small blemishes shown in photo. This Obi was purchased in Nara Japan in an antique shop. It has been well kept and has a true Japanese antique smell from being stored in a Japanese wooden dresser. It’s hard to describe the smell but it’s not bad at all. Comes from a smoke free pet free home.
