Japanese Vintage Patchwork Dress This is a 2-piece dress from Wonderful World, a Japanese fashion brand founded by Kaneko Isao, who also founded Pink House. The top and the sleeveless dress can be worn separately, and the patchwork design is fun and colorful. The dress is very lightweight, but it doesn't sacrifice the details. Just like other pieces from the brands, both the top and the sleeveless dress are sophisticated and one-of-a-kind. I am usually a US woman's size 4 (S), and it fits well. I would say it fits US women's sizes 0, 2, and 4 (XXS-S). Maybe fits up to size 6 depending on the desired fitting.
