Japanese boutique brown dress w/black polka dots

Sweet and feminine sleeveless brown dress with black polka dots! Front pleated detail and a slight fit and flare shape. Elastic waist can accommodate different sizes, lined interior. Bought this in Taiwan from a Japanese/Korean export boutique store. No size indicated but can ideally fit a xs-s. Gives an Anthropologie or Madewell vibe!
