Japanese brand Circle Skirt (size small)

Navy blue circle skirt by the popular Japanese brand Earth Music & Ecology. Extremely light and airy, perfect for hot and humid summers! Size is "free size" and would fit a US small or medium. Length comes just above my knees and I'm 5'2". Bought in Japan. Very lightly used.
